Terms and Conditions

SynergyCore Solutions' Terms and Conditions Effective Date: July 31, 2025 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in and use of services provided by [Your Business Name], a coaching and consulting service for small business owners and entrepreneurs. Services SynergyCore Solutions provides coaching and consulting services including but not limited to: Business strategy Marketing support Operational consulting Personal development coaching Services may be provided via phone, video calls, email, or in person (if pre-arranged during estimate). Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Attend scheduled sessions on time Complete any agreed-upon tasks between sessions Communicate honestly and openly Take full responsibility for decisions and actions taken during or after coaching Fees & Payment Down Payment of 50% of your estimate is due in advance of our first scheduled session.Final Payment is due as detailed in your estimate. (personalized for your specific Growth Path) Rates are hourly $275 hourly if work is done outside of your estimate. Late payments may incur a fee of $25 after 30 days. 1.5% of your balance will be added each month (to cover administrative costs) until a zero balance has been reached. All prices are stated in US dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations require 24 hours' notice to reschedule. No-shows or cancellations with insufficient notice will be charged $50 Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or delivered services. ConfidentialityAll information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, unless: Required by law The client consents to disclosure There is risk of harm to the client or others*[Your Business Name] does not request, collect, or maintain any PHI as defined under HIPAA. If any PHI is incidentally disclosed during the course of our work (e.g. during meetings, screen sharing, or documentation reviews), we agree to treat such information confidentially and follow reasonable safeguards to prevent further disclosure. Disclaimer Coaching and consulting services are not a substitute for legal, financial, mental health, or medical advice. Client acknowledges that results depend on their own commitment and cannot be guaranteed. Intellectual Property All materials shared during the course of coaching (e.g. worksheets, templates, guides) are the property of SynergyCore Solutions and are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them without written permission. Limitation of Liability SynergyCore Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services. Termination Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Any outstanding fees for services rendered will remain payable. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Ohio/USA. Any disputes arising will be handled in the jurisdiction of the state of Ohio/USA. Amendments These Terms may be updated occasionally. If there are any significant changes to this policy Clients will be notified via email from hello@synergycoresolutions.com. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
